memories-

what a word of powerful meaning.

and what has kept memory alive,

preserved,and real,

for history to be known to all?

art.

art has evermore been a vessel,

of trauma, of love, of pain.

and with a massacre on this scale,

will the art ever be happy?

it is a mimicry of the pain,

of the misery,of the unfairness.

the art is strewn deep in damage,

hurt and wounded.

all for the world to see,

cos why else would the art be freeing?

when released,

it wreaks and is havoc.
