Who are we?
The Liberal Arts Programme at Christ (Deemed to be) University, BGR Campus, fosters innovation through interdisciplinary learning and creative exploration. Breaking away from rigid academic structures, it offers a student-centric, flexible curriculum that integrates music, theatre, art, and sports. Centered around sustainability, the programme encourages new perspectives on global issues, empowering students to curate their own visions and aspirations while thinking beyond traditional boundaries.

We are the Liberal Arts Association: Liberati—the heart of intellectual exploration at Christ (Deemed to be University) BGR, founded on January 20, 2023. Rooted in the interdisciplinary spirit of liberal arts, we are dedicated to uncovering overlooked perspectives and amplifying diverse voices. Our mission is to create a space where every story matters, blending academic insight with cultural awareness to inspire and enlighten.
At the core of Liberati are four vibrant clubs, each contributing to this vision:
-
ECHO: Our e-magazine and podcast amplify marginalized voices and explore diverse cultural narratives. You can explore the latest edition of ECHO and dive into thought-provoking articles, and art by visiting the link below.
-
SDG Cell: Focused on driving awareness and action toward the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, fostering meaningful change.
-
Community Outreach: Engaging with society through service and advocacy, promoting empathy and social responsibility.
-
Performative Arts: A creative space for theater, music, and movement, encouraging artistic expression.
Together, we celebrate the richness of diverse ideas and stories, shaping a more inclusive and enlightened world. Join us on this journey of discovery, expression, and impact!
