Whispers Beyond the Veil

There is a hush in the air that seems to weigh upon the ears,

as fatigues crept into the limbs after lying idly below the sky

during the change of the sun’s position.

Tranquil and humid like condensation in the foliage,

I sense distant, low-pitched vibrations,

Secrets long to be settled, finally resonating in the tone.

To the unwitting joystick of sight and touch,

An area puzzles into life glaring in silvery glow,

I lean in, hearing softly, and, precisely,

Speech vetted, hidden benevolence, the known unknowns.

All the emotions washed away, all the lines gone,

Just poetry so sweet and gentle as falling droplets,

The sound of the universe, the gentle breeze of the night,

Lifting me away from the din of the night and the heat of the day.

I can picture myself in that rather peculiar situation, head submerged in water,

Breath-panting to win over stars, rub the surface of the stone with mere thoughts;

Here and not Here, somewhere and everywhere,

Dreaming of the zones of tranquillity and enchantment – the cantons of nowhere.

A realm where melodies and soul create a sound,

The sound in which the self-conceited self has drowned itself,

A place that has no beginning and no end, without limits and even a name,

The region, which is everything and nothing at the same time.

Emptiness, whose remains are still full of light,

The gaze searches the presence of abyssal space,

Threads of the soul’s synergy fill and suspend,

Within rays where noosphere and biosphere merge.

"Whispers Beyond the Veil": A Poetic Sojourn to Mystical Transcendence

Poem "Whispers Beyond the Veil" is a journey into the mystical, the transcendent experience that encapsulates this profound depth of self-reflective and connection to the universe. The multi-layered imagery takes a surreal trip into the blurred lines of the world where the boundless soul finds solace.

It starts as peace, with a silence falling in the air: and fatigue seeps down, into limbs, beneath that shifting sky. Everything was in stillness and suspension, suggesting one might settle into something contemplative, preparing themself to hear "distant, low-pitched vibrations." These faint sounds are but the cosmos whispering its secrets unto the universe, better communicated than by words themselves.

As it goes on in the poem, the speaker thinks of sensations beyond the normal sense of view. It is now "silvery," as it were-in a darkened sense-of truths that slowly reveal themselves. All lines gone: "all the emotions are washed away, all the lines are gone." The state of unity disposes of that thin veil between emotion and ego. It speaks on every one's desire toward achieving an experience of serenity so as "the music of the cosmos" and a gentle wind might lift man to an elevated sense of reprieve over mundane cares.

The imagery is such that the experience of being "head submerged in water" describes the speaker's immersion into this profound experience. Thoughts become a medium, almost a tactile one, as in trying to touch the stars or "rub the surface of the stone." The journey into the mystical is timeless and limitless, "without limits and even a name," where "everything and nothing" coexist.

It is concluded by the poetic image of this union of the cosmic and personal realms when the speaking subject is held in the suspension of the "region" where the interpenetration of light, vacancy, and soul's synergy takes place. A kind of oneness hints at a higher reality above the physical, mystical ones where the individual disappears in the infinite boundless plane. Whispers Beyond the Veil, therefore, by the very vocabulary of senses and gentle rhythms, reminds us of a deep serenity and astonishment with the infinite encounter.
