It is after all human nature,

To society’s rule become a traitor.

The very worldly possessions you mock,

Are often the ones around which you flock.

 Hypocrisy has never been uncommon,

Hating plutocracy always done with caution.

Kinfolk get reduced to nominal cashcows

While some presume the role of holier-than-thous.

Like crow flowers we scorn their very attire,

Yet why do we still fly like moths towards fire.

We scorn at the gold ,We laugh at it all,

But when secrets unfold we whisper for more.

The sermons hath preached raze all we aim to  aspire

But what use are those to hearts filled with mire?

You bend your backs  for those wretched creatures,

While you lust galore for these very features.

Do you not possess a bout of shame my companions?

If it goes so far, raise a rebellion .

But your courage only goes so far

That you are reduced to cursing in forlorn halls.

Tis to be a bitter cycle that never does expire,

Where we belittle the very holdings we desperately desire.

Hence we remain under this cloak of ignorance,

Forever damned to serve impudence.
